This is such an easy and healthy dinner. You can customize it to your favorite veggies too. In this dish, I usually combine organic Chicken & Apple sausages, squash, zucchini, sweet potatoes, and onions. I cut everything up and toss them all in Avocado Oil and sprinkle in garlic, Himalayan Salt, pepper, and a little crushed red pepper flakes. Spread it all on a pan and cooked at 350° for about 45 minutes .
It's always a family favorite. Usually there are no leftovers because it gets gobbled up!
