11 Plum tomatoes
Zucchini (cut into spears)
Cut the Plum tomatoes into halves, place them face down onto a cooking sheet. Place zucchini spears onto same baking sheet. Brush them all with Olive Oil or Avocado oil, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, salt & pepper to taste.
Cook for 30 minutes at 450 degrees.
Put tomatoes and zucchini into a blender and serve with your favorite pasta. (I use Gluten Free spaghetti noodles.)
